“To describe the way we value and appreciate IHS would take too many pages and too much time to read. After switching from our old system, it was such a joy to have a product that worked consistently and to experience true customer service. Not only are you getting a wonderful product to serve your needs and make your work easier, you are also getting a wonderful support staff that you can call friends. Seeing how stressful the day-to-day tasks can be working in this field, it is always nice to know that your software will work correctly and accurately or that when you call with a problem, the person on the phone is happy to help you and takes care of the problem as quickly as possible. So basically, if you want to streamline your program, work more efficiently, show accurate results, and de-stress your work environment, all we can say is use the IHS software. They will answer prayers.” Thanks, Johnson County Rachael Smithey, SWA Assistant Administrator Johnson County Indigent Health Careback to top |

“All I have to say is just keep doing what you are doing. Continue to exceed my expectations and to be responsive to our requests. Everyone at IHS has been nothing but gracious, friendly and respectful to me and my staff. All have made the never joyful task of conversion from our old computer software to the IHS system a surprisingly pleasant experience. You have stayed with us every step of the way and I appreciate the effort.” Rita Kelley Indigent Healthcare Director for Bell, Mills, and Hamilton Counties Killeen, Texasback to top |

“Today is the six-week anniversary of the installation of your Indigent Healthcare Systems software in Burnet County. It also marks six weeks of celebration, knowing Burnet County made the right decision to license your software and services. Since the installation of your software, Burnet County has been able to streamline our Indigent Health Care program by processing invoices more quickly, efficiently, and accurately. The program is not only a money-saver, but a time- and stress-saver. Our clients are better served by concise and accurate applications processing and notifications. Our providers are very pleased with our payment schedules and the ease of information retrieval when they call our office. IHS has provided us with the means to keep up with the increased number of applications and reports that are required of us. Many important functions had been neglected in the past because we lacked the time to accomplish them. With the IHS software we complete these tasks in a matter of seconds, not numerous manual man-hours. Thanks, too, to your wonderful support staff who are ALWAYS available to answer my questions--no matter how trivial, silly, significant, or insignificant they might be. I have never failed to reach someone when I need them, and they always know the answer! Thanks to you, your staff, and your IHS software. You have made my job easier and the Burnet County IHC program more cost effective and user friendly. I would be more than happy to recommend your organization and product to anyone who is interested in making their IHC program better.” Carole Ellis Indigent Health Care Coordinator Burnet Countyback to top |

“IHS is a wonderful company that truly thinks of the customer first. They are very flexible in trying to get the software just the way you need it for your specific situation. The software itself has been designed to meet your needs. You just work with IHS staff, and they get you set up for the way you do business in your County. I have two offices 20 miles apart. With the IHS software I am able to network the two offices and have access to all my files, client information, bill payment, etc., from either office. This is a blessing to me. My previous software was not networkable. IHS is GREAT and unsurpassed by any other indigent health care software. I cannot say enough good things about the IHS staff. Robert Baird and Brad Sibley have diligently helped me through my first months of using the software. I could not have made it without them. IHS gives total support to the software. You may have to leave a message, but it is not long (just minutes) before you receive a call back. The staff acts immediately on your problem or questions. I have never had such great support with other software programs." Linda Dickerson Indigent Health Care Coordinator Jasper Countyback to top |
