Dallam-Hartley Counties Hospital District's Board of Directors has approved the request of Indigent Health Care Director, Lawana Page, and Business Office Manager, Tammy Kirkland, to authorize Indigent Healthcare Solutions (IHS) of Conroe, Texas, to install its state-of-the-art Windows®-based software to support the indigent health care needs for Dallam and Hartley counties.

  • Nathan Pugh joined the Indigent Healthcare Solutions team in March 2001 as the senior programmer / analyst for product development.
  • Nate graduated in 1996 from Arkansas State University with a bachelor’s degree in computer science.
  • He has a strong technical foundation in software design and implementation and the unique ability to implement a customer’s idea within the software.
  • Nate’s primary goal is to ensure that the indigent healthcare software evolves with the needs of his customers.
