WEST CALDWELL, NEW JERSEY (JULY 2009)

Indigent Healthcare Solutions (IHS) of Conroe, Texas and Community Education Centers (CEC) of West Caldwell, New Jersey executed contracts on Tuesday, July 28, 2009. These contracts enable CEC’s exclusive use of IHS’ software which will help manage prisoner medical costs in select detention facilities operated by CEC throughout the nation. CEC manages detention facilities in multiple states including Texas. Upon signing the contracts with CEC President, John Clancy, IHS’ President Robert Baird stated; “this is IHS' first opportunity to expand our world class services outside the State of Texas”.
