At the request of Bandera County Auditor, Christina Moeller, Bandera County Commissioners approved contracts authorizing Indigent Healthcare Solutions (IHS) of Conroe, Texas, to install its state-of-the-art Windows®-based software for indigent health care and prisoner medical care management.
