Angelina County Commissioners approved a request by Indigent Health Care Director, Brenda Dew, to authorize Indigent Healthcare Solutions (IHS) of Conroe, Texas, to install its state-of-the-art Windows^®-based software. The IHS solution was selected to replace the DOS-based software used by Angelina County.
