Wise County Commissioners approved a request by Indigent Health Care Director, Sue Black, to authorize Indigent Healthcare Solutions (IHS) of Conroe, Texas, to install its state-of-the-art, Windows®-based software. The IHS solution was selected to replace the DOS-based software previously used by Wise County.
