At the request of Indigent Health Care Director Herman Sustayta, Brazos Valley Council of Governments (BVCOG) Executive Director, Tom Wilkinson, signed contracts extending the relationship between the Indigent Healthcare Solutions (IHS) and BVCOG for another two years. BVCOG uses the IHS browser-based software to manage the indigent health care needs for seven Texas counties.
