Falls County Commissioners approved a request by Indigent Health Care Director Linda Scaman to authorize Indigent Healthcare Solutions of Conroe, Texas, to install its state-of-the-art Windows®-based software beginning in October 2003. IHS will replace the county’s DOS-based software.
