Support

Remote Support

If you need support on your individual computer download the Remote Support Program and contact IHS.  This program will ask you to Run or Save, always select Run and you will be assigned an ID Number and Password for your session. Give the ID Number and Password to your support representative, and IHS will take care of the rest.

Secure File Transfer

If you need to securely transfer large files or protected health information to/from IHS:

1. Obtain a username and password from IHS.
2. Go to https://indigenthealthcare.ftptoday.com/.
3. When prompted about trusting the digital certificate click "Run".
4. Login using the information from IHS.
