NTR Support

If you need support on your individual computer download the NTR Support Program and contact IHS for a session code. Then double-click on the NTR Support Program, enter your session code, and IHS will take care of the rest.

Secure File Transfer

If you need to securely transfer large files or protected health information to/from IHS:

1. Obtain a username and password from IHS.
2. Go to myftp.indigenthealthcaresolutions.com.
3. When prompted about trusting the digital certificate click "Run".
4. Login using the information from IHS.
