Upshur County Commissioners approved to authorize Indigent Healthcare Solutions (IHS) of Conroe, Texas, to install its state-of-the-art browser-based software due to the recommendation of Commissioner Mike Spencer and County Auditor, Janice Tucker.  Services beginning in April 2012.

Rusk County Commissioners Court approved the request of Indigent Health Care Director, Diana Mitchell, and County Auditor, Ronald Moody, to authorize Indigent Healthcare Solutions (IHS) of Conroe, Texas, to install its state-of-the-art browser-based software with services beginning in March 2012.
